Traveler's Notebook

Despite all technology of our days, our iPhone still cannot beat analog paper and pen to-do lists, scribbles and doodles while talking on that very same iPhone. Traveler’s Notebook is the notebook of our choice for its rugged look and its simple handcut leather cover. The big bonus is the smart art of Japanese stationery; it boasts a series of paper refills and plastic inserts that helps organize your life with the essentials you need.

Midori Traveler’s Notebook is available in brown and black leather and in two sizes: this regular and a passport size, which doubles perfectly as a passport cover.

The leather cover is vegetable tanned and handcut in Chiang Mai, Thailand. You may find a white powdery substance on the leather upon first opening it. This is the natural fat of the leather, which you can swipe away with a soft cloth. Over time you can use some colorless shoepolish to keep your leather cover moist and rich. However, we suggest you just leave every scratch you make on it. Midori Traveler’s Notebook proudly carries the ‘aging-well’ signature; the more you use it, the better it becomes.

Personalize your Traveler’s Notebook with the abundance of plastic inserts – like the Card File of the Zipperfile – or the penholder. Your paper notebook can easily be replaced when full. You can also add some extra notebooks, to keep different projects seperate. Midori also thought about those paper notebooks that are full; store them in this nice binder, which can carry up to 5 notebooks.
