Yesterday evening we celebrated the official book launch of “Geluk is een jurk”  - happiness is a dress, written by the editor in chief of ELLE magazine, Cécile Narinx. The basement of OPTIONS! was packed with people from the Dutch fashion scene who came to mingle and sip champagne.

Cécile is on a mission, she is writing and talking about why the fashion world is so much fun, interesting and inspiring. And to tell designers really aren’t merely superficial and vain. In her new book she describes the fashion world from inside out, she tells openly about her knowledge and opinion about models, haute couture, the perfect bag, Karl Lagerfeld and… dresses.
